National Yoga Month may have been in September but we still love doing it at SCSU Campus Rec. There are so many amazing benefits of yoga which is why we offer yoga classes as a part of our Group X program at St. Cloud State University. The benefits from yoga range from releasing tension to aiding in blood flow and decreasing the risks of a having a heart attack! Got a problem? Yoga can probably fix it!
