Announcing the 2014: Minute and Mile Challenge

Courage To Run

You love to run. There is no question. You struggle with consistency. I can relate. The Challenge is this:

Between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014,

commit to running a minimum of

9360 minutes and 681.2 miles.

Broken down:

780 minutes and 56.76 miles a month

180 minutes and 13.1 miles a week

This equates to approximately a 13 minute and 45 second mile.

Very doable.

For some the minutes will be the challenge for others the miles;

Either way;

The goal:

On December 31, 2014 lacing up those shoes

will be a consistent way of life.

There is no question we love to run; the question is:

Do we have the Courage to Run?
