Push Yourself To The Max

Here it is, the workout is all laid out for you. Now it is your responsibility to do the work. Looking at it won’t do anything, so get up and start working. Your body will thank you when you are finished.

    Before I post my weekly workout tomorrow, start by training yourself tonight with this helpful workout list. Seems a little intense, but push yourself! It’s in list form, so after you complete each one, reward yourself. Breathe, take a few sips of water, then get right back at it!
