Completed My Workout…Now What?? Eat!

When you get done with a good workout or even a small one, you must re-energize your body from all the important nutrients you lost. You need to eat within an hour or two at the maximum to properly replenish your muscles, which increases your risk for all your hard work to go to waste. Not sure what you should be eating? That’s fine, we have those answers for you here. The next time you go to the gym, don’t forget to replenish your body afterwards. Be fit, be healthy. Image
