Train With Us

Let SCSU Campus Recreation help train you for the upcoming Husky Spirit 5k on Sept. 28. Each Thursday, Tyler Hecht, SCSU fitness instructor will be leading the 5k and two-mile fitness walk/run. This is to get you out and moving for fun, as a way to help you prepare for the Husky Spirit 5k; any age is welcome and participants decide the speed and distance they want to travel. 
The walk/run will take place at 6:15 p.m., with no registration required. The weekly events are FREE for all. The events will be taking place Thursday evenings of Sept. 5, 12, 19 and 26; starting and finishing at the SCSU Husky Hub by K Lot. This event can be taken seriously to prepare for the run or it can be used as an opportunity for some exercise.
