CLEAN EATING
What exactly does that mean?
Probably different things to different people.
Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, paleo, Mediterranean or any other category you plug yourself into, it really boils down one thing –

EATING HIGHLY NUTRITIONAL WHOLE FOODS YIELDS HIGHLY PERFORMING BODIES.

If you are carnivorous, eating the best quality meat, produce, grains, nuts, seeds and legumes that you can afford, as often as possible, should be your goal.
If you are herbivorous, eating the best quality produce, grains, nuts, seeds and legumes that you can afford, as often as possible, should be your goal.

To begin, add these foods to your diet on a daily basis and limit the refined processed stuff. As you add more nutrients to your regimen, you will find that the unhealthy grub will no longer appeal to you. It has taken me a few years to get to where I am today…

The Pool is Open, Take Advantage

With the first week of school being the hottest of the summer, SCSU Campus Recreation has decided to open the pool for students with a valid SCSU ID this week from 6-10 p.m. Grab your friends and come jump in the refreshing water as you close down your day of classes. Whether you are looking to relax in the water or get some exercise, the choice is yours. Check out this pool workout video. Yes, you can come try out these moves tonight!
