So many people these days hate the word run. Many love to run but like most college students, running is the last thing they want to do. Take a chance to be the one who sticks out this spring/summer. Get into shape and try something new. Try out a 5k. Work your way up to becoming a runner. It’s something you won’t regret. It’ good for your body, your mind, and will keep you motivated. Follow this guide to get yourself started in the right direction. Run, just run.
