Getting up in the morning fearing a full day ahead makes it very hard to feel energized. Try taking a moment when you get up to enjoy a morning relaxer before a stressful day, try yoga. Get your mind off everything you have going on and take it a moment to yourself. Try yoga videos, these positions described, or come kick off your morning every Monday-Thursday with Campus Recreation’s Group Fitness Classes held at 8 am.
