Set your standards

Don’t keep your goals in your head, keep them constantly reminding you. Make a board consisting of your daily/weekly/monthly goals. Have them listed out as a checklist. Keep your workouts posted, making sure to not back down on your goals.

Seeing yourself lose pounds visually is the best way to keep you motivated. Watch the pounds drop as you add more and more reminders. This visual workout plan is sure to make your motivation successful.
